Attachment-Based Therapy
Attachment-Based Therapy is based on the understanding that our early relationships with caregivers form the foundation for how we connect with others later in life. By exploring attachment styles—such as secure, anxious, avoidant, and disorganized—clients gain insight into how early experiences influence their emotional responses and relationship patterns today. This therapy supports healing from attachment wounds, promotes deeper connections with others, and helps build emotional resilience for healthier, more secure relationships.
Somatic Experiencing (SE)
Somatic Experiencing is a therapeutic approach that focuses on the connection between the mind and body to heal trauma. It works by helping clients tune into physical sensations and bodily responses, allowing for the release of stored tension and trauma. This process helps to restore balance, reduce emotional distress, and promote a sense of safety and regulation. 50-minute individual therapy sessions

6-8 week closed process groups with topics such as eating disorder recovery, trauma recovery, and meal support.

30-minute or 50-minute individual sessions for meal or snack support, depending on your needs.

Individual sessions within the community to receive support in applying and practicing goals set within individual therapy sessions via Telehealth. Examples include: eating in restaurants and public places, shopping and clothing exposures, life skills integration, etc.
